SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 137(FIN) am S was before the Senate on reconsideration. Senator Taylor moved that the bill be returned to second reading for the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 17. There being no objection, the bill was returned to second reading. 1995-03-17 Senate Journal Page 0671 HB 137 Senator Taylor offered Amendment No. 17 : Page 5, lines 24 - 26: Delete all material and insert: "* Sec. 35. The unexpended and unobligated balance, not to exceed $400,000 of the appropriation made in sec. 152, ch. 5, FSSLA 1992, page 57, line 8, as amended by sec. 61, ch. 8, FSSLA 1994, (marine highway system administration building construction - $1,500,000) is reappropriated to the Department of Transportation and Public Facilities for Alaska marine highway system operations for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1995." Senator Taylor moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 17. Senator Duncan objected. Senator Halford rose to a point of order. President Pearce requested the members limit debate to the amendment.
