Senator Taylor requested that the reconsideration on SENATE CS                 
FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 137(FIN) am S "An Act making                         
supplemental appropriations for the expenses of state government;              
making capital appropriations; amending operating appropriations;              
making appropriations to the disaster relief fund and to the Alaska            
marine highway system fund; and providing for an effective date" be            
taken up.                                                                      
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 137(FIN) am S was                          
before the Senate on reconsideration.                                          
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the bill be returned to second reading for           
the purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 17.

FSSLA 1992, page 57, line 8, as amended by sec. 61, ch. 8, FSSLA               
1994, (marine highway system administration building construction              
- $1,500,000) is reappropriated to the Department of Transportation            
and Public Facilities for Alaska marine highway system operations              
for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1995."                                     
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 17.                     
Senator Duncan objected.

the members limit debate to the amendment.
